- Taking actions at your request aimed at presenting an offer and concluding an agreement with the Administrator (based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Implementing the agreement concluded with the Administrator (based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Marketing and promotion of services provided by the Administrator (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Recovery of debts (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Implementation of the Administrator's internal administrative purposes, including statistical purposes (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Your personal data may be disclosed to entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator based on the Data Processing Agreement concluded with the Administrator.
- Transfer of personal data to a third country:
- The Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data necessary for the provision of services to a third country or an international organization (Google, Facebook, etc.). Google and Facebook have joined the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, and in accordance with the decision of the European Commission of 12 July 2016, IP/16/2016, the transfer of personal data to entities based in the United States that have joined the aforementioned agreement ensures an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR.
- Your data will be processed in the following scope:
- For the preparation of an offer, conclusion, and implementation of an agreement concluded with you – for the duration of the agreement's implementation, and after this time for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims and tax obligations, as well as for five years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose, and in the case of consent to data processing after the contract has expired, until such consent is withdrawn.
- In the scope of direct marketing of services offered by the Administrator – until you object to their processing for this purpose.
- In the scope of internal administrative purposes, for the duration of the legal interests of the Administrator that constitute the basis for such processing or until you object to such processing.
- We inform you that you have the following rights: access to your data, request for their correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to data processing, request for data transfer, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- If your data is processed based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before its withdrawal.
